TrackerTag displays information gathered from different information servers. TrackerTag cannot distinguish good information from bad information. You cannot make assumptions on the reliability of information.
The driver and/or user of the system is responsible for his/her own actions.

TrackerTag is meant to keep the driver from driving unsafely by avoiding the fear of tickets. We would like the driver to pay more attention to the traffic instead of focussing on the speedometer and the side of the road. A driver should pay attention to the traffic around him/her and apply the rules that are applicable.
If you are looking for a way to do speeding without getting tickets, you should not look for a solution here. TrackerTag is not meant to avoid tickets, but to assist in driving safely, and driving safely will keep you from getting tickets.
